Soooo, Im kickin it with the homie EJ and we were looking thru the recent GQ Mag[I used to rever this mag as a bible of sorts, now i dont even have a subscription anymore.smh.] …when we came across the GQ ENDORSES section where they name check and referencence items they give kudos to for style preferences and “in-style” items…

Yep yezzirr… if you look closely in the bottom right corner, there lies a reasonably priced red American Apparel Jacket that list

“If James Dean were alive today …and happened to run cross country”

What’s so special about this jacket you ask?

I OWN IT [and have so since Feb 15, 2009]

…You see that jacket that GQ just referenced…is[and has been] a prized possesion in my wardrobe. This kinda made me smile a little when I read the article because I used to live in the GQ mag going to them for style tips and the such coming up in my late high school years leading up to my college years..

It lets me know that I have mastered channelled my true fashion sense… No longer do I need to consult the magazines for whats in style as often as I once did because I am living it my way, wearing what I think is fashionable..

just so happens that they’re now endorsing what I’m wearing [way after I first wore this bold eye catching item]

After they put it in their mag as a Fall essential, you’ll prob never see me in it as often… especially in the Fall
